Philosophy

Our fitness clients are treated with the same attention to detail and commitment as our athletes. Everyone has a body that is built to perform. Although the training goals may be different, the approach, execution and effectiveness of training are not. Constant Performance will help you reach, and further your fitness goals with our expert knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and coaching, while creating a fun, motivating environment to help you move optimally and safely.

Individual Training:
One-on-One

If you're looking to elevate your fitness/health/performance, this is your plan. One-on-one training allows us to individualize our focus. We'll work with you step-by-step, with a specific plan, maximizing results in the shortest possible time!

Group Training: 

We provide both small and large group training. Sessions for groups of 2 to 4 participants as well as fitness based circuit training classes for up to 15 participants are offered at Constant Performance. We prepare a workout plan that will get you in amazing shape in the shortest possible time. Groups are organized with the participants specific goals in mind, ensuring results!
