David Constant
Owner & Founder · BA, CSCS

Mr. Constant owns and operates Constant Performance in Costa Mesa, CA. Originally from Canada, after earning an honors degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from York University in Toronto, David moved to Southern California in 1998 to pursue a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. In 1999, he opened his first training center, “DC Fitness and Sports Performance”, in Anaheim, CA. In 2008 he expanded the business and changed the name to what we know today as CONSTANT PERFORMANCE. He has over 25 years and 40000 hours of hands on training experience working with fitness enthusiasts, youth athletes, and numerous professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, and NHL, as well as Olympic gold medalists. He has been featured in various media outlets that include ESPN, Fox Sports, Good Day LA and The Orange County Register. David also works part time as an adjunct instructor and exercise physiologist for Santa Ana College department of Fire Technology, where he lectures and develops training programs for numerous local Fire and Police departments. He truly believes that we are “STRONGER TOGETHER” and “WE ARE ALL ATHLETES”! These two concepts guide David’s personalized holistic science based approach to health and fitness, regardless of your fitness level or experience, guaranteeing results! 


Isaac Campbell
Training Coordinator · BA, Concordia University

Isaac Campbell is our team training coordinator and a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. He obtained a degree in exercise science from Concordia University, specializing in biomechanics, exercise physiology and program development. Isaac is extremely passionate about helping fitness clients and athletes alike, achieve their goals, maximize performance, and stay injury-free. With ten-plus years of training experience, Isaac has worked with athletes of all levels which include, Major League Baseball, collegiate, and high school athletes in their respective sports. He has experience working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts with existing injuries, getting them back to performing at their fullest potential. With his personal experiences from having Tommy John and Shoulder Surgery, he specializes in shoulder and elbow injury prevention. He is a coach that prides himself on helping and guiding our clients to achieve their fitness and performance goals.
