Philosophy
Performance training at Constant Performance is designed to create athletes who are fundamentally and structurally sound, reducing risk of injury and maximizing physical performance. Our athletes are developed to meet the demands of today’s competitive sports environment. This means our athletes will be able to handle the rigors of competitive play by providing training focused on mobility, stability, movement proficiency and exercise execution through experienced, expert coaching and program design. Again, our training is designed to keep our athletes healthy, move better, and enhance performance on the field. Whether you are a High School, Collegiate, or Professional athlete, Constant Performance will help you reach peak performance in no time.
Individual:
One-on-One
If you're looking to elevate your performance, this is your plan. One-on-one training allows us to individualize our focus and training. We'll work with you step-by-step, with a specific plan, maximizing results in the shortest possible time!
Small Group:
6 or Less
We provide both short-term and long-term training sessions for groups of 2 to 6 participants. We prepare a workout plan that will get you physically and mentally stronger. Whether you're a youth athlete or a pro, groups are organized with the participants specific goals in mind, ensuring results!
Team:
Off-site/On-site
Develop both mental and physical strength as you train with others. This training setting creates accountability and the opportunity to develop as a team. We offer both on-site and off-site training. Services include group speed/agility training, group performance training, and team training.
